 TD New Material Co., Ltd. founded in 2020, is a production-oriented enterprise which engages in manufacturing of titanium and titanium alloy for human body implants, memory alloy sheets, bars, wires, memory alloy springs and precision machining parts, as well as the R&D and the sales of high-end materials. In cooperation with experts from Northwest Institute and Beijing Institute of Nonferrous Metals, the most advanced human implantation Ti-Ni alloy can be produced according to ASTM F2063-18 standard .
TD has four advanced drawing machines , which can process mass production of 3D printing wire and Ni-Ti shape memory wires high efficiently. Titanium alloy bars implanted in human body with min Ø0.1mm(tolerance H7 or above). Medical sheet thickness can be 0.1mm with overlapping rolling.
